my name is elli. i’m a Christian ethics major, feminist, Christian anarchist, and heavily interested in anti-civ thought. i have a dream of having a self-reliant homestead off of the grid one day, somewhere in the southern united states. when i grow up, i want to be a beekeeper. i play banjo, piano, and (sort of) accordion. red-head, dyed brown (traitor). i live in nashville, used to live in a community house with awesome people, lived in Scotland for a second, and am now back and living with my best friend. i am in a relationship with an incredible man, and i look forward to spending the good years with him. i’m interested in going to grad school for social ecology / environmental sociology but let’s be real, that’ll probably never happen (fuck money). i also have the best dog in the world (an estrela mountain dog), and his name is Scoby (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast…. named after the culture used to make kombucha… hah).

i like: big dogs, wild animals (esp: foxes and anything that looks like a fox, wolves, lions, narwals, everything ever), lotr memes, red wine, whiskey, Scotland, st. francis, skirts/dresses/boots/hats/tights, redheads, extra crunchy peanut butter, being barefoot, delta blues, hot tea, bluegrass, and the mississippi river.
